What You’ll Do
Manage and maintain Google Workspace user accounts, groups, and licenses
Configure and enforce security policies including 2-Step Verification, device access, and data protection
Handle DNS, MX record configurations, and email routing setups
Oversee storage management, shared drives, and access permissions
Support onboarding and offboarding processes with Workspace setup
Monitor system performance and resolve issues across Gmail, Drive, Meet, and other Workspace tools
Coordinate and support email/data migrations
Document processes and contribute to Workspace best practices
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to internal users and clients
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration
Proficiency in the Admin Console, user/device policies, and Workspace security features
Strong troubleshooting skills with Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and Meet
Ability to communicate clearly and document procedures
Communication and interpersonal skills

What You’ll Do
Lead and manage end-to-end migration projects to Google Workspace.
Perform mailbox, calendar, contacts, and file migrations from platforms like Microsoft 365, Exchange, or IMAP
Set up domains, DNS records, and MX routing for new Workspace tenants
Provision accounts, groups, and licenses in the Admin Console
Coordinate migration timelines with clients and internal teams
Monitor migration progress, resolve errors, and handle troubleshooting
Work closely with clients during onboarding to ensure adoption and satisfaction
Provide post-migration support and training for admins and users
Document migration steps, configurations, and client-specific requirements
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience with Google Workspace migrations
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace Migration for Microsoft Exchange (GWMME), GSMMO, or third-party migration platforms (e.g., CloudM, BitTitan, etc.)
Strong understanding of domain configuration, DNS, and email routing (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
Ability to coordinate technical steps with non-technical stakeholders
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Bonus Points
Google Workspace certification (or equivalent experience)
Experience migrating from Microsoft 365, Zoho, or other hosted platforms
Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Google Apps Script or PowerShell)
